The governing body of the City of Waterville will meet on August 29, 2022 at 5:15 p.m. at the Waterville Community Center for the purpose of hearing and answering objections of taxpayers relating to the proposed use of all funds and the amount of ad valorem tax.
The Waterville City Council agreed to increase the residential trash service rate at the last regular meeting. This increase is due to higher fuel costs and an increase in Marshall County Landfill dump rates to our provider. The new rate will be set at $23.50 monthly and will begin August 1 this year. The increase will be charged to customers on their September 1 utility bill.
