Thanks Jim!

Jim Oatney 'retired' as city council member January 13, 2020. The Mayor presented him with a plaque for his dedicated service to the City of Waterville as council member from 1995-1999 and 2003-2020. Jim commented that he was most proud of his part in getting the new swimming pool project finished.
