In accordance with City Ordinance No. 436, property owners in the City of Waterville, are to keep trash cleaned up and lawn and weeds mowed to less than eight inches in height.
City Ordinance further provides for City authority to have trash removed and lawn and/or weeds mowed with the cost and penalty paid by the property owner. Cost and penalty is $70.00 per hour.
